1. Products and Services

Orielle sells premium lounge robes and bonnets and also offers bulk supply services for hospitality businesses such as hotels, spas, short-let apartments, and wellness brands.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payments

* Orders are confirmed only after payment is received

* Prices are listed in applicable currency and may exclude delivery fees

* Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers

3. Shipping and Delivery

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics factors

* Orielle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services

* Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

* Bonnet products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

* Returns or exchanges for robes are only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery

* Custom or bulk orders are non-refundable once production has commenced

5. Bulk and Hospitality Orders

* Bulk orders require advance confirmation and agreed timelines

* Custom branding or sizing requests must be finalized before production

* Delays caused by changes requested after confirmation are the customer’s responsibility

6. Intellectual Property

All Orielle branding, content, images, and designs are the intellectual property of Orielle and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orielle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
